This is what I've been doing . I with my wife and son started the Chris Powell "Choose to Lose" 7 day carb cycle solution diet. My son has dropped 26lb.s, I have dropped 18lbs., my wife has dropped 15lbs. so far . We eat 5 times a day every 3 hours. I am eating more now than I ever did just eating the right kind of foods. My son hasn't hardly exercised at all because he broke his collar bone and had a plate and 6 screws installed but he's 18 and his metabolism is higher than mine at the ripe age of 52 and my wife at 50. The diet is very easy to stay on as you can either have one cheat meal per day or choose to cheat on a designated day typically Sunday as they call it Sunday Funday. I broke my spine in 2 places 6 years ago and have permanent nerve damage from it so exercising comes with some challenges but I'm still gaining muscle and losing fat and inches.
