Frozen veggies are fine, but stay away from everything canned and all the other processed foods...the more fresh the better and for water intake, multiply your weight by .5 and that'll tell you how many ounces of water you should be drinking everyday.

OVEN AT 400 DEG.
SPRAY ASPARAGUS WITH LIGHT OIL (PREFERABLY VIRGIN OLIVE OIL)
BACK FOR 10 MINUTES REMOVE
SPRINKLE FRESH PARMESAN OVER ASPARGUS
PUT BACK IN OVEN FOR 2 MINUTES
REMOVE AND ENJOY....
