Default Diesel Mechanic Wanted

Im changing up my initial post a little bit. Instead of seeking information about how to do the process, i am now looking for a professional to do it for me. The reason being is that i just do not have the time nor tools to get the job done (Especially a TechII scanner) The paragraph below is my initial post, that describes what i need done. (Injection Pump Timeset) Any help is appreciated.

Just wondering if anyone could describe to me how to set the timing on my 1999 k2500 with the 6.5L TD. Reason being, is i installed a Heath Diesel Max-E-Tork computer tune. After the swap, i did the "Injection Pump Learn" process that Heath puts in the instruction. Truck ran great afterwards. Drove it around a bit, then brought it home, and shut it down. Went to start it back up, and now its idling at about 1500 rpm's, and throwing an injection pump timing code.
