2006 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited 4.0L Six Speed
D30/D44 with factory 3.73s and limited slip out back
This is how it sits now:
Looking at lift kits now. Been out of this game for quite a few years now so any advice offered is much appreciated.
Goal is to clear 33x12.50R15 Goodyear DuraTracs.
About to pull the trigger on the Rancho 3.5" kit with RS5000 shocks.
Anyone have experience with this kit? Any opinions on it? Should I be looking at another in the $1000 range (that includes shocks)?
Also... Any thoughts on the Smittybilt Classic swing away tire carrier?
Budgeting right around $3500 for lift, tires, front bumper, rear bumper/tire carrier, rock rails and labor. I'll be reusing the wheels that are currently on it. My jacked up spine isn't going to tolerate me doing this work myself so I'll be paying to have it all installed.
Budget needs to stay in $3500 installed range so please keep that in mind.
This Jeep will also remain my daily driver.
Any suggestions and advice offered will be much appreciated.
