actually it was a bit of an experiment to see how well crossfit works for increasing overall fitness particularly on the cardiovascular/aerobic side of things.
I think the fastest 5k I ran last summer (just running I don't race) was around a 21-22 minute. I should be there by the third or 4th time I run this year.
