so how i prepared for this race.
1. girlfriend asked me if i wanted to do it
2. i replied sure
3. decided i was going to train by running a couple times a week a month in advance
4. compleatly skipped all the training
5. bought running shoes the day before the race
6. woke up early, took my daily vitamins, dropped the cosby kids off at the pool, and ate a cereal bar.
7. completed race with determination
8. sore as fukc today...
