I have had no experience with either of those, but I have used Bobcad v.19 which sucked. I also used Gibbscam for about 7 years programming Fadal VMC's, 2- 3 axis machines and 1- 4 axis ( 3 axis with a rotary table). I really like that software for it's ease of use. It was thier SFP version and for it's limitations, was still really capable and I was able to do simple 3d type contouring with using swept shapes. At my current shop I am using Espirit 2013. I program 3 axis VMC's, 2 axis Chucker lathes and 5 axis multi-task turning/milling centers. I also have the capabililty of programming wire EDM with the base software. I didn't like it at first, but it is growing on me and it is a very powerful software with really good support. Their clouddrive based support on the web is spot on and very useful. I know this doensn't pertain to your original post, but if your spending money of software, there are other viable options
