While you applaud them for not suing, I want to burn that place down for the policy that would have someone trained in the simplest of life saving maneuvers stand down and watch another human being die. (DNR excepted)

the family knew before hand nothing would be done in a situation like this, maybe it is there way of having a DNR, although I wonder why they bother to call 911 when something does happen.
I really don't know enough of the situation to judge... but I agree about applauding the family for not sueing.
