Considering there are probably a hell of a lot less DHS agents than troops in Iraq at the height of the war, DHS would have to be doing a massive amount of training to go through a one and a half billion rounds of ammo.
People need to start connecting the dots as far as the government is concerned. We will end up in serious trouble unless people start following the old saying "if it looks like a Duck....", instead of saying "oh, it's probably just a Blue Jay".
Now if you add in all the bullets used in training for those forces, and multiply it be four to five years like the 1.6 billion is for, now how many is it?
