My lift is a 5.5 and has ZERO clearance or "stuffing" issues. I would never buy a kit that had body mount issues like that right out of the box, sure its better if your 6+ inches, but with my 5.5 my rear bumper sits too high to be legal by 3 inches and my center frame is 2 inches from also being illegal. So just to make my kit on my otherwise stock truck legal to run down the road i have to build a new rear bumper thats longer even with my smaller tires. With a 6" with lets say 38's you kit would have "issues" and also not be street legal. Also i prefer my rubber joints because yes i do take it offroad on occasion but rubber are much nicer for the street where this truck spends most of its time anyways. Honestly its the body mount issue that i dont like about that kit, i believe it would be ok on a much larger lift springs like 8" or so to give it all clearance.
