2001 Jeep Wrangler 4.7, 35", 5 speed....
I bought the jeep June of 2012, stock on 31's. The guy drove it daily since new. His kids were getting to big to fit in the back seat so it was time to find something bigger. I enjoy the jeep but its time to move on to the next project.
Jeep has some scratches on it from Snofari and the mounds. Start of the normal jeep rust. Tub is solid. floor is solid. front fenders are rusty and passenger side is dented. front bumper is bent some. I have tube fenders for it, just not installed.
2001 Jeep Wrangler: 176,000 on body. Everything else is newer. axles, tires, gears have 4 trips to the mounds (trailered), 2 trips to the sand dunes (trailered), Snofari (trailered) and probably 300 miles around town
4.7 stroker, NV3550, 4.88, 35" MTZ, RE4.5" Superflex. Both soft and hard top, CD player and Ipod hook up.
Motor: 3000 miles
2001 xj block, Mopar cam, 4.7 injectors, ported throttle body, jets chip. Mark IV electric fan.
NV3550 one mounds trip on it. New bearings, slides, updated brass sycros..... Luk HD Gold clutch and new OEM flexplate. SYE with new rear shaft
Axles: 500 miles tops
HP30- new bearings and seals, lockrite, 4.88, axle tube seals, trussed.
dana 44- new bearings and seals, lockrite 4.88
Rubicon Express 4.5" 500 miles on new rebuilt joints and bushings, JKS quick disconnect front sway bar links. Heavy duty adjustable track bar and mount, V8 cherokee steering upgrade.
Wheels and tires:
Mickey Thompson classic II black and MTZ 35/12.5/15 tires
