Default winch impacts suspension?

the harbor freight 12000# winch and rough country mounting plate weigh approx 100#. this is on the front stock bumper which is of course forward to the front wheels.

what impact will this added weight/location have on the TJ drivability? the TJ is currently garaged for the season so no test drive is in the plans. have stock front suspension with 2" budget boost.

seeing as everything is always attached to something else,........should i consider different coil springs, stronger shocks or anything else?

FYI
the harbor freight "universal" mounting plate is NOT universal to the TJ stock bumper. requires drilling of 1/4 inch steel, etc.
instead i ordered and installed, without any adjustment, the rough country TJ front bumper mounting plate [piece #1189....

only change i made was using grade 8 bolts to hold the tow hooks and stock bumper to the frame.
