From what I see the radius arm mounts just mount in a very small area with 3 bolts. I'd weld it on the side and bottom plate and also gusset or box the frame in that area, but if you prefer leaving them bolted on I'd try and spread the load, use more bolts including underneath, and brace the inside so it doesn't bend the relatively flimsy C-channel frame. I dunno what kind of wheeling you plan to do, but that area has potential to see a lot of stress and I prefer things to be overbuilt. Looks like some fairly steep radius arm angles, do you have the offset bushings to try and keep the caster in check?
