It should be up to the business owner, and if they choose to prevent concealed weapons, then i simply don't spend my money there.
I would never argue with somebody about it though, or try to change their mind. It's not my job to tell people how to run their business.
This about sums it up.
Any business has the right to make policy for guns on property. The consumer has the right to decide whether or not to enter premises based on said policy.
