They sell everything you'll need. It's a water to water exchanger with 1 1/2 intake and discharge so you dont lose volume for the jets and a 3 way valve,aquta stat.

I use the same pump that feeds the house it runs hot water/furnace/hot tub then back to stove.

I had a problem with mine the safty for the hot tub shuts off @117*. The first time I ran it the tub shutdown. The water was too hot going to the tub,ended up putting in shut offs/tee to limit the boiler water going to the exchanger.
