The 2% break was supposed to make you feel so good about the economy that you'd go out and spend everything you had and that would get everything moving again.

Social Security is still doomed unless drastic measures are taken, and no one wants to take those measures.

If you got 10% something went wrong. You'll need to give some on that back.
