Im betting the "dhs youth army" is the same as and other youth explorers program. Id also bet that if i clicked on the link there would be an accompanying picture of some kids whose skin are varying shades of brown marching in formation.

hey, I didn't read the link either. I just can't stand big Government. Local and regional is bad enough (and I've worked for, or along-side same most of my career)
