we don't even have an honestly non-partisan, unbiased appellate court system, but somehow we're going to get "extremely professional moderators" ?
good luck trying to reign in campaign spending - and even if you do, you will then still have an unfair advantage from the perspective of "fame" candidates that decide to run based on name recognition (this also means that the incumbent has more name recognition (sometimes good, sometimes bad))
