Default 1989 toyota rock crawler, with 60's and stuff

ok heres the deal. i had this up for trade a couple months back, started getting hesitant about selling it and pulled the add.

heres what i got.
1989 extended cab toyota pickup sr5
clean title

3.0 v6
fresh rebuild. approx 25000 miles. all oiling problems that these motors normally have are taken care of.
5 speed tranny new shifter bushings. shifts great.
v6 tranny to gear driven case adapter
marlin crawler dual transfercases, stock gears in front 4.7s in rear case, 180+:1
front chevy dana 60 full width new brakes, seals, rebuilt kingpins, steering(wfo offroad highsteer arms)
rear dodge dana 60 64" wms, disk brakes, toy driveshaft flange
relocated steering box
budbuilt dual case crossmember/skidplate

custom solid axle conversion
custom leaf pack built with a combo of 44044's and stock toy rears
outborded leafs. 31.5" centerpin seperation
all pro shackles

2 inch lift chevy 63's
johhny joint shackle mounts
custom shackles

the truck has a custom front bumper made of 1.75 dom
hanneman fiberglass fenders
custom rock sliders
and a custom flatbed
1 inch body lift

the truck is mostly stock on the inside with the exception of an allprooffroad incab cage(professionally tig welded and powdercoated)
air fuel gauge
and a older cd player

tires and wheels:
it has a set of h2 rims, with factory 35" all terrains on it
the truck is set up for 42's
but can run anything between a 38 to a 44 with no additional mods

the bad:
leaky rear tcase output seal(have in box)
power steering leak fixed
needs to have the hydro assist ram mounted(have in box, the front calipers flipped and a front driveshaft built(have all parts to make)

there isnt much that needs to be done to have a truely badass rockcrawler that is capable of taking on anything.
unfortunately i have to sell as i have expecting a job offer in san diego that is too good to pass up.
which means i must part ways with this rig

i really am lost on what to ask since i have alot of money tied up in this rig ($20000+)
i am going to start at $6500 as it sits. willing to negotiate with any work that gets done and or price.

new price 5999

truck is located at my parents house in oakland township, MI, 48363

also i am sure ther is a lot i am forgetting let me know if you have any more questions.
