No difference in how the crimes are dealt with except for the severity and circumstance of the crimes. As with many lessor crimes committed by juveniles she probably would have gotten some minor sentence and had her record cleared when she turned 18 if she stayed out of trouble. Murders might be dealt with more harshly.

It never said the age of the person that captured and distributed the pictures but that person is the one that should found, arrested, and prosecuted.

And as with the other case, the parents and other adults completely failed.
