But it does nothing for personal responsibility and it is not providing a service to prevent something you can't already prevent on your own. It's providing a service you should be responsible enough to try and prevent on your own.
If you read the article it will tell you that the doctors push for the type that is implanted and lasts five years witch is far more effective than any other type. Condoms break, women forget to take thier pill, implants are once and done.
