my vote is pump, mine in my 6.0 truck did the same thing when the pump was going (all 3 times, finally found a hole in my filler neck was letting debris/saltwater in)) if yer below 50 the engine wont run well, i think 48 was around the pressure of my last failed pump and I couldn't go above like 2k rpm before it sputtering
