Anyway, I had Cashew Chicken with extra water chestnuts added. My only real complaint was the inconsistency of the spice mix - extremely noticeable difference in heat depending on where you dug into - and when going to scrape the plate into the take-out box, a very noticeable difference in spices precipitating out of the sauces/juices.
co-worker had Pad Thai - he had no complaints
like a lot of places I guess, your mileage may vary.
