ummm not recommended to over fill your engine the pressure will change and blow out out of the PCV and cause gaskets to blow out.
the best way to keep the pressure on hills is to baffle the oil pan. take a old pan and weld some baffle plates in make sure you center the baffles to keep oil around the suction tube.
10 min of welding 15$ of thin sheet metal 20 minutes of drilling holes in said plate and your all done!
