i just did this to 5 new procomp 16.5 wheels. It was a time consuming pain in the arse! i made a little fixture and used a soapstone and slid it around the wheel then tacked 1/8 rod all the way around then stitch welded it. It was an emeffer getting the tire inflated with a blaster at work but now its done and i saved an arseload of money by using military oz surplus 37" tires. the rims new were 65 each with free shipping. Id do it again to save that big cash.
