Default 3V 5.4 Tuneup

I have a 2004 F-150 with about 100k on the three valve 5.4L. I have heard that 100k is around the time for a tuneup on these engines. I've never done a tuneup on these newer motors, just the old ones. Cap, rotor, plugs, wires, fuel/air filter, etc. These Triton's are a bit different.

What should I consider other than spark plugs, fuel filter, and the air filter? I have the snap-on socket for the plugs, and the one to remove the ones that will break off.
