Look down thru the throttle body. If it is wet/oily in there, your plenum gasket is shot. This is extremely common for the 318/360 Magnum motors. There are basically 3 options. You can replace the gasket with a stock replacement that will eventually go bad again, replace the gasket and the thin sheetmetal plate that bolts to the underside of the beerkeg style intake, or upgrade to a Mopar single plane intake that doesn't have a seperate plenum/gasket. Those are ranked from cheapest to more expensive. No matter what you do, you need to pull the intake off to reseal everything.
