Yeah if you're planning to buy new coilovers anyway and are fine with fabbing new hoops and engine crossover tube then definitely go with 14s. Are you sticking with Kings? If buying new, you should ask around on race-dezert for a starting point on valving so you're close to begin with. I got lucky with the set I bought used, and the valving is pretty spot on for now. Its easy enough to make changes though, so don't worry too much about it.
I want to go with kings. The company I bought the stops from was extremely helpful. They asked a ton of questions and gave me plenty of info. I'll definitely be ordering my shocks from them.
