Engine: 1.6 16 valve from a 95 tracker roughly 90,000 miles, k and n cold air intake, calmini header, calming adapter plate,
Trans: stock t trail tough trans mount
Transfer case: trails gears 6.5 to 1 gear set with calminis heavy duty transfer case mount and calminis belly skid
Driveshafts: High angle heavy duty .120 wall toyota drivelines, rear is cv, front is standard
rear axle: 86 toyota 5.29 yukon gears, spool locker, and chevy disc brakes
front axle: 82 toyota 5.29 gears spool (comes with spare lockright) passenger side has 30 spline chromo longfield inner and longfield birfield, drivers side has stock inner and upgraded all-pro birfield joint. both sides have chromo hub gears and aisin lockout hubs. (doesn't have matching axles because i got burned on a sale, someone sold me an axle that was supposed to have longfields in both sides and i only checked one side ) 1.5 inch spacers
steering: toyota box, tracker pump, custom crossover arm, tie rod and draggling are made from 1.5 .250 wall doom with 5/8 heim joints
brakes, subaru master cyl, jegs adjustable proportioning valve, jegs residual valve, stock toyota calipers and disc up front, chevy disc in
rear, truck discs and monte carlo calipers with sky bolt on caliper mount.
suspension: yj leaves rear doetsch tech shocks, front rancho shocks heavy duty shackles ramped a 1246 at the wolverine truck show
Interior herculined tub custom 6 point cage, corbeu baja suspension seats with 4 point harnesses, bikini top, jank set of half doors
Exterior, beat body, rustoleum paint job just freshened up, rear rocky road crawler bumper, front custom bumper with stinger, tube rocker guards mounted 4 inches higher than standard, warn M8000 winch
Tires:36 inch irok on 15x10 black steelies
Spares, starter, 1 stock birf, 1 allpro bird, 2 inner shafts, set of warn lockouts, ecu, 1 knuckle rebuild kit from all pro, carrier with lockright locker in it
issues, temp gauge and speedometer broke, wipers don't work, no front turn signals, (rears work fine) death wobble between 15 and 25, (comes with spare set of kingpin bearings) rear drive shaft has vibration between 30 and 35 then goes away. small oil leak at back of valve cover, ps box leaks, steering wheel is off center, rear leaves starting to sag truck still sits level
This is a great trail rig that has run some of the toughest trails in the midwest and canada. It has been rolled. It is not a show truck ( it doesn't have a showtruck price) It can be driven on the road (this part is subjective) as well as any other 83 inch wheelbases vehicle with a spool 36 inch bias tires and no sway bars. It is not a daily driver. It was in both petersens and canadian 4x4 for the 2009 turtle ridge rock crawl challenge, I finished 6th out of 20 rigs.
I have had this truck since 2002 and its time to let it go. Can be delivered for a price.
