welded front diff?
I am considering welding the spider gears for my d44 f150 sas. Now I know this is a teribble idea when done in the rear to drive on the street. Be cause the front axle has manual hubs I know it will be fine on the street in 2whelel but in slippery street conditions couldn't I just lock one hub in and it would act like an open diff? Let me know if my idea makes sence and will work like I'm geussing. I'm just trying to keep the budget down and thought this might work
