The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.

Condition/Concern:


Some customers may state that their battery goes dead at times. The battery may go dead overnight or it may only occur once a month. After performing normal diagnosis and a parasitic load test and a concern can't be found. Please check the following item below.

Recommendation/Instructions:


Listed below are some of the most common concerns for intermittent battery drains




1.

Sticking power seat or lumbar switches





2.

Shorted seat wiring in the drivers or passengers seat.





3.

AC relay sticking on at times.





#1 Is usually the main cause.
