Yup, the coopers shown there are D range, but i've had no issues with them, even when dragging my Unimog around. Same load rating as stock 245s, just with lower air pressure (65lbs). I've only felt the tires complain about weight when I had firewood 18" over the cab to the end of the tailgate, but they were at 35lbs, and i was staying in the yard.

Ride quality is something to consider between D and E range. I really need to air down my 265s to keep it from bouncing off our beautiful michigan roads when unloaded, but the coopers I typically leave around 50lbs(40ish in the winter) unless I'm moving something big.
