Finally made it out to work on this a little bit. About an hour's worth.
Bought new lockouts, I'm going to try the Warn standard versions. I like the positive 'click' they make and 1/4 turn to engage them. The spring is also beefier. Dave at Cascade 4x4 broke out both boxes and separated them so I could take a look at how they go together and figure out what I want. The drawback is the plastic knob, but I figure if I break that then I will upgrade. Always GREAT customer service when I see Dave.
I now have all the parts except the passenger brake caliper to do the disk brake conversion on the D60. I plan on getting that in the next week or two. Just depends on if I have time to work on it.
