Default car hauler tires wearing on the outside edges

I pull with a f350 dually so I put a lot of the weight on the tongue. I have the tires aired up to their max 50psi and researching indicates outside worn edges are an under inflated tire.

Both sides and both axles have the same wear. They are Bias ply tires but I'd assume that would not matter???

Anyone else have this same issue or am I just always loading it up wrong? It pulls great with no swaying.
