if your going to be spending the money go with the 9" center sections and run 35 spline stuff in them, just as strong as a 60 but weighs quite a bit less. dont run a 44 senter section with 60 outers. youll kick yourself in the ass when your $3000 axle just shit a ring and pinion.... just do a 60 and be done with it.
on the trail it seems like a front 60 doesnt really get hung up all that much because you can steer around the stuff, the rear is always the one to get hung up. 60 front and a shaved 9" rear both 35 spline
