You might want to consider dropping the tank. It's pretty common for the pickup in the tank to get clogged with metal shavings from the lift/inj. pumps on the 6.5l. Usually the lift pump starts to self destruct filling the system with metal shaving which can wipe out the inj. pump. Hopefully you caught it in time. At the dealership wher I used to work at we would pull the filter check for metal contamination, drop the tank, flush tank and lines. If it were me i would drop the tank and check it for metal, clean as needed, replace the filters- and hope for the best sice you already replaced the lift pump.
