I have not smoked in quite a while and the biggest difference that I have noticed is that I can breathe easier. I do believe that it should be legalized and taxed. Really, does anyone accually believe that weed is any less available than it was 10 years ago? Hell, if nothing else put the "weed tax" money to use in other problem areas.

I plan on throwin' down a 12 pack of beer tonight, how's that any different other than the fact that it's legal? I wont be driving anywhere and I wouldn't be if I was going to get high eather. I don't know what the answer is, but considering pot doesn't seem to be going away, I would say that something needs to change.
