Speed is the single most important factor in towing mileage. It would be pretty stupid to do this without listing speeds too.

Best Fuel Economy Empty (7200 lb):
26 at 55 MPH
23 at 70 MPH
19 at 80 MPH

Fuel Economy Loaded:
17,000# loaded, open deck, tall truck
average 13-14 MPG at 65 MPH
average 10-12 MPG at 75-80 MPH

17,000# loaded, 8.5x24 enclosed trailer, 12" extra height
11.5 - 12.5 at 65 MPH
10.0 - 11.5 at 75 MPH
