Default F350,zf6 hard shifting when hot.

i have a 1999 F350, 7.3, 6-Speed. ive been having problems with shifting after i drive awhile. i took a trip up to south bend last weekend and by the time i got home from about 3 hour round trip i was having problems gettng the truck in and out of gear at a stop, but when im driving it shifts normal.....ive been told its my clutch going out? or does it just need re-bled? is it getting to hot? i just chaged the fluid with mobil 1 full synthetic atf. that made a little difference on shifting from a stop. but when i get into it in the morning it shifts like thers no problem making me think its the clutch and not the trans. becaue syncros will cause the trans to shift poorly no matter the temperature.... also my petal is to the floor.. the trans and clutch was replaced around 80,000 miles ago...

this is my first time owning a manual truck and im not sure how to re-bead the system. so if anyone has any tips or advise please let me know
