There not to bad to do. Just take your time and remove the seat from the car. look for a burn spot in the element. Instead of hog rings use zip ties cut them and turn them into the cushion. Remove the old element from the seat by pulling slow to make sure chucks don't come off. I seem to do one a week in the winter at the dealer I work at. Takes me about 1-2 hours depending on model I would plan for longer.
