Default F350 4x4 powerstroke frame change

I have a 1997 F350 standard cab long box truck with a torn frame. Ditched it when I blew a tire in our last snow storm. The plow mount bent under the truck and tore a nasty hole in the frame. Got the news today from the frame shop that they can't fix it. They said it's bent and torn to bad for repair. Only option is to change the frame. I have located a rust free frame from a truck that has burn damage to the cab from the bad cruise control switch under the hood. As many times that I have seen it on tv this is the first truck I've seen that it happend too. Only bad part is this frame is 300 miles away. It looks to be an easy job once I pull the body off in three pieces. And from what I see the whole wiring harness will unplug at the drivers feet on the firewall. Looks as though the only other things that come out of the cab are the steering, shift cable and the E-brake. If anyone has done this same swap any info would be great.
