I'm surprised they'd take the spacer and not the flexplate. I remember when I took the old 3 bolt dished flexplate off(engine was originally mated to a 4L65E) to replace it with the 6 bolt right before you came and got it, the spacer was pressed pretty tightly into the flexplate.
Not sure what was taken honestly....just know it isn't there now. Like I said, no big deal, another one on the way.
