The roundness of the axle flange is to large to fit in the hat of the explorer rotor.

In theory if you turned the axle flange down to a smaller circumference, redrilled the rotors, then yes it 'might' work. I would be concerned with how much material would be left on the flange surrounding the stud holes.

What year f150? I don't believe. The 97+ f150 would work this easily, but the -96 might.
