Pretty sure it's just a setting (like 1 for auto, 2 for manual), calibrations are already in there for either way. I would need to open my tuner up to know for sure.
Whoever does your tune won't have an issue with it, and the 4.8/5.3/6.0computers are interchangable. If there are slight differences (fuel mapping, etc.) they won't matter. I have used both a 4.8 and a 5.3 computer with no noticable difference. You will end up taking it for a dynotune anyway and anything that might be different will get adjusted properly...
