You can have the whole thing for $6000. To get a price for the chasis, I made a list of what everything else is worth….

Rims/Tires worth $1200 - means $4800 remaining
Motor/painless wiring/comp worth $700 - means 4100 remaining
Fresh rebuilt TH400 worth $400 - means 3700 remaining
Dual cases worth $500 - means 3200 remaining
Front/rear axles and brakes worth 600 - means 2600 remaining
Driveshafts worth 100 - mean 2500 remaining
Hyd assist steering worth 300 - means 2200 remaining
Seats and 5 point harness worth $100 - means 2000 remaining

Everything else would be left complete, so that you don't have to spend a few hundred bucks nickle and diming things until you've broke the bank….
Here is what would be left…..
custom frame with little-to-no rust, tub with little-to-no rust, cage, SBC motor mounts and the TH400 crossmember/skid, dash with stock gages, Suspension set up (waggie front springs/chevy rear springs/112" wheelbase), gas tank with no rust, new fuel lines, new brake lines, steering console and shaft (no box), headlights, turn lights, tailights, I will also include the fiberglass 1/2 cab top for it. Also comes with CJ8 VIN tag, but no title.

$2000
