All in all why is it a bad thing to try to keep college educated people here? Sounds better then giving them a diploma and sending them back where they came from.

Yeah, great. There are only so many scholarships and student loans to go around these days. Let's make sure our US born students miss out on them thanks to the illegals, who will no doubt get preference thanks to Affirmative Action, the ACLU, etc. Then lets reward the illegal with a green card so they can import their relatives here, so your and my tax dollars can support them all.
It's an Amnesty bill, plain and simple. You can point your fingers at Republicans all you want on this one. It was RINO's that voted for it in the first place ( Like McCain ). True Conservative/Tea party Republicans wouldn't touch this one with a 10 foot pole.
And anyway, it IS the DEMs right now, since they are trying to sneak this one by before the lameduck session of Congress ends in January, while no one notices since everyone is distracted by the TSA Molestation mess.
