the spacers are the easy way to go cant really mess up. a backyard cheep fix is this
if your not going too long you can use the drive shaft to keep everything straight while welding
another thing I do when doing a spring over is to cheat the ft axle foward about a inch by moving the center pin hole in the perch&top plates it helps keep tires from rubbing on the rocker panels.
Ive done lifts with & without longer lines depending on the budget .you can cut off the brake line holding bracket & weld on a tab to lower it .
