- Any fitment issues elsewhere?

Thanks for any and all help on this

I did this over a period of 2 days. The first day consisted of me and a belt sander as it was all I had to remove material quickly. The following day started with a trip to Menards to buy an angle grinder.

The moral of the story. It is a quick deal with an angle grinder.

I have zero body work skills. This was something that I caught on to and feel that I was able to do well enough.

One trick...use masking tape to establish a line that you want to grind to. It helps to give you a straight line on the leading edge.

Fitment issues...

There were slight gaps at the top of the doors near the windshield. I put some rubber strips on the inside of the door jam with some rivets to seal any gaps that may exist. Very easy fix that did wonders for weather proofing the hard top.
