On the drivers side body panel there is also a frame inside the cab that rots with it and supports the body a bit. I cut out that rusty spot on my rig and welded in panels and reinforcements on that frame inside the cab. Then I had to tweak my door closers. Later I noticed the floor pan inder the driver's feet was also rotten. I fixed that with a panel taken from an old steelcase file cabinet. The frame looks good to me. Where you really need to take a picture is where the rear frame meets the crossmember behind the gas tank. It rots there too. Sand gets inside the frame and migrates all the way to the back where it collects water and roadsalt and rots. I fixed those 2 sections on mine too. My suggestion is that, if the price is right, buy it and fix it up yourself. I have had a blast with mine and have no regrets about buying it.
