if the slave or master is leaking fluid out, air gets in. the pedal may feel ok, but the air can compress unlike the fluid and can shorten distance that the slave travels to release your clutch resulting in a travel much less than required to release the clutch completely. do you see any fluid leaking from your bellhousing or inside your cabin around the area of your clutch pedal? there is not a ton of fluid in the system, so it wont look like a huge leak.
